The bus is a recent MOC of mine. I don’t normally build that sort of thing, so it was more of a challenge than I expected. Serves me right for not buying the City Corner set. (It comes with a very nice LEGO-designed bus.)
I have to say, I really like the photos in panels three and four. They have just the lighting effect I was trying for.
I went for “dramatically lit” in today’s strip. I think the blown-out colors add a bit to the mood I’m trying to evoke.
The episode itself if a tribute to Tim Burton’s Batman…if you’ve seen the film, you know the scene.
Finally, for you non-LEGO addicts, the “tool” in panel three is a LEGO brick separator. They really are pretty versatile.
Yes, it’s the same joke you saw earlier. I’m making the not-too-subtle point that Harry and Whiskey’s plot lines are running in very similar directions.
