Sorry for the delay in getting this strip up; my workshop is still trashed.
Tuesday’s episode goes up late tonight, then I should be back on schedule for a week or two at least.
As to this strip, several observant readers spotted the “talking heads” angle before the unveil. It’s nice to see folks paying attention like that.
Today’s episode is dedicated to the reader who pointed out this visual similarity to me. You know who you are.
And, as a bit of behind the scenes info, the reason the heads are mounted on 1×1 round brick instead of something more rod-like is that I couldn’t *get* to the better bricks. My workshop is being reorganized and is really trashed right now.
The things my readers focus on never ceases to amaze me. I’ve been doing some slight color balance adjustments to the strip lately, but forgot to do so with yesterday’s strip. And people commented about it, even wondering if the slightly redder tinge was due to Santa’s emotional state.
Obviously I need to get the plot moving…you guys are clearly bored out of your minds.
