For those of you who have no idea what “Loki’d” means: here’s the video
“yes… This is a fertile land, and we shall thrive. We shall rule over ALL this land and we shall call it…. This land!”
“I think we should call it your grave!”
“Ahhh! curse you sudden but inevitable betrayal!”
“Mwahaha! Mine is an evil laugh. Now die!”
-I know that’s not where it’s originally from but that’s my favorite quote-
Yep, that’s where I pulled the episode title from. It sort of ties in being a Whedon-ism.
Aha, Nubbin is ‘Avenged’!!
Ooo, nice pink sparkley brick in his staff — or should I say “glittery”
Heh. Noticed that brick, did you?
“Sorry, we’re unable to offer this video to users in your region”.
Frickin’ US-centric interwebz
The video is of the actor who played Loki in the Avengers movie playing pranks on an interviewer…and then twirling his mustache and exclaiming “Loki’d!!!” It’s really cute.
Oh, OK. Thanks. I’ll have to use my imagination.
Speaking of which, I must get myself one of those Thor ‘figs. *swoon*
While on the subject, are we to presume Tony Stark will be making another guest appearance in TBH… in more familiar form? good-o!
nobody should not know what “loki’d” means. I probably can’t see the video, but it doesn’t matter – Loki is known for playing tricks. So to be “Loki’d” means to be tricked.
Oh no. First friends, now Avengers…. Having fun yet, Doyle? I sense we will be in this pattern for a while…
And I have a feeling we’ll hit…No, I won’t say it, I’m not giving you any ideas…
Have to find a way to justify the money I spend on these sets somehow!
And that’s why 95% of brick comics exist!
I hope you don’t mind, Chris, but I’ve paraphrased your comment and added it to the BCN blog random quote thingy as: “We have to find a way to justify the money we spend on LEGO sets somehow!”
He also makes an appearance in American Gods by Neil Gaiman. Looking forward to the thunder god’s appearance.
that staff of Loki’s reminds me of that of the Rhynoc Queen’s from Spyro: Year of the Dragon. From now on, I’m imagining that purple brick as a dragon egg.
I guess we’ll find out soon enough if that face of Loki’s is meant to bear a resemblance to Donut! It reminds me of one of the Donuts Whiskey met while on Scotch’s homeworld!
Called it. I didn’t expect it to occur in this…. strange way, but nonetheless, it has been called.
By the way, this seems to be more like the Loki of Norse mythology, him being a trickster and all.
Maybe he’s just trying to keep the megalomania of the Avengers movie Loki more low-key.
Don’t worry. Once we get to the Avengers universe, things are Thor to get better.
I regret nothing.
I’ll keep a HawkEye out.
OH MY GOD, we’re gonna have a crossover between TBH and THE MASK!!!
I found a working copy of the video: http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/loki%27d-video
