This is the latest incarnation of the Bat-Hero and Companion line of Bootlegs. Like the Total Justice bootlegs, the Animated Series molds have been used, not the molds for the actual D.U.O. force figures.

DUO Force Figures

As you can see, the figures bootlegged are the ever-popular Glider-Pack Robin and Anti-Freeze Batman. (I'm not familiar with the accessory the Batman figure comes with, but the figure itself is cast from the Anti-Freeze Batman mold.)
