Card Design Following the apparent "success" of the Super Powers line, the Bootleggers have continued with the new Super Power line. Featuring Batman and Robin from the Kenner Batman Forever line, this set features original artwork. The costume colors are off...Batman has an orange cape and green boots and gloves...but the characters are easily recognizable.

The molds appear to be based on the Kenner originals, but the proportions are all wrong...the figures are shorter and squater than their legal counterparts. The head of the Batman figure is also lifted from the first Super Powers run.

Batman Super Powers Closeup

Both figures are articulated at the neck, shoulders, and hips. Both come with a vinyl cape with the standard "Bat Fringe". Each has a sticker to represent the character's utility belt. Again, the same stickers that were used in the Super Powers line are re-used here.

Robin is based off of the Quick Change Robin from the Batman Forever line. He has an additional sticker on his chest with the "R" symbol.

Robin

Overall, this second edition of the Super Powers line is neat, but not overly outstanding.
