Class of Bootleg Class 2 - Duplicated and Modified
Class Notes: This could almost be two Class 1s in one...the backboard is unchanged, as is the Batman figure!

This is a Starting Lineup "Timeless Legends" card, 1996 edition. (Ages 4 to 104, Assortment 68820)

The card appears to be idential to the ones released in the US, printed on both front and back on (apparently) glossy stock, with all the copyright and liscensing info still intact.

The fun begins when you notice than instead of a sports icon, the figure packaged on the card is...BATMAN!!!

Now, I can't see the figure itself too clearly due to glare, but it appears to be from the Animated Series line. Judging from the accessories, I'd say that this is probably a Ground Assault Batman Boot.

A question is raised as to the classification of this bootleg...is it Class one or class two? Well, since the figure doesn't match the backboard, and the figure does have some color variations from any "standard" Batman, I'm going to stick with a Class Two (Duplicated and Modified) designation.

A question for the world: Has anyone else seen these???
