I can’t claim that I’m 100% decaffeinated as I still have the occasional cup of decaf or glass of iced tea. But I have cut back majorly.

This way I can always go back on the ‘fine in case of emergency and it’ll *do* something for me. Previously all it did was keep me from falling asleep at work…and even that wasn’t going to well. I had built up quite a tolerance for the stuff.
