Today's Prize: Overall Man

Day 19. As expected, today's door brings to us another City Dweller. Like Jack Handy from Day 1, today's figure seems to be of the Engineer/Technician/Handman subset. He's got a big wrench. He as little wrenches screenprinted onto his toros. He's wearing strurdy overalls. But what is he exactly? No one knows.

Overall Man: I can't believe it. Again. Just like before, like last time.
