Episode 815

Read the comic here.

I was kind of shocked to see that Gateway computers was still in business. You never hear from them these days....

I've been looking for an excuse to use that cow ever since I broke down and bought the Farm set earlier this year.

Chris, are you doing that thing like you did last year the brickwar or whatever it was called. I am really looking forward to it.

Clever use of the cow. So now what, do the advent pirates carve their way out and we get to see a LEGO cow split in half? ;)

@Seabreeze:

My early plans for Brikwar fell through, so right now it's not on the schedule. I'm exploring options on how I can still work it in this year, but I'm not too optimistic.

Can a "Dude, you're getting a Dell!" reference be far behind?

It's a pity you couldn't use reader opinion polls and do BrikWars polling style, as December's getting a bit too close now.

Putting some possible moves up for Pirates and City calendar days and see which side wins with the possible moves would have been the basic idea.

@ Ian: Perhaps "Dude, you're getting a shell" when the mermaid arrives?

I was shocked to see a Gateway computer in use at the school I subbed at last week. I would have been about as shocked by a Pets.com stock certificate or a Bill Bradley '00 bumper sticker.

Gateway did go out of business in the UK and Ireland a number of years ago. Tiny went the same way at around the same time.

So the portal is on the net? That is new.

I get the joke also.

@ Chris: I had to use 1 for a math program on Friday. It was slower than hell, and HELL DOESN'T MOVE!
