The way I see it, an "upside down" hand is just gesturing palm up. I've never understood why folks get so worked up about that.

As to the power miner question? Not sure what you're talking about there. I buy all my sets at retail outlets or through LEGO shop@home. Toys R Us tends to get sets early (for example, they had the 2010 power miner sets in December of 2009) but that's nothing new or overly special...; January 27, 2010 6:19 PM
