Today's Prize Adventure Accessory Pack

A fire hydrant, fire extinguisher, backpack, and an extra grey dot.

It looks like LEGO will be building heavily on the previous loot from the Calendar as they go through things - last year each door had a "self contained" model of some sort. While today's door does have that fire hydrant, the rest of it is clearly intended for the Axe-wielding Maniac from Day 1. To that end, I was more than ready to accessorize!

It took a little doing to get everything working at once - you can't tell from this angle but AWM can see - just not as well as when his hat wasn't facing the wrong way. Besides, now he has a ranged weapon of some sort...does he really need to see where he's aiming?

I know there are a couple of LEGO dogs hiding behind future doors. It's a good thing they gave us a hydrant for them early on.

In purely LEGO Geek News, that cool backpack/jet-pack accessory hasn't been seen since 1991 - and this is the first time it's been released in yellow.
