JC's Stuck on Rocket Experiment

I love spending quality Lego time with my little cousin, and working on entries for the '50 pieces or less' categories was a great way to spend the afternoon.  In fact, we made a class 1 creation and a class 2 creation, and still had time for other important Lego activities (namely, Lego MiniFig Wars).

The supersmart blowfly

Biologist Professor Doctor Tricia Schultz is one of worlds most renowned scientists for advanced genetics. Her latest breakthrough in the field of genetically enhanced organisms is a true sensation. A masterly achievement that will bestow piece and happiness on all mankind: A supersmart blowfly, that actually finds it's way out of the house through a half-open window!!

There is no nobel price for biology, but they already think about creating one for Dr Schultz.

Professor AtoZ and his Magnetic Frog Levitation Device

Professor AtoZ, the good twin, has spent his life trying to elevate the noble frog to new heights. With his latest invetion, he feels he's making real progress.

This model utilizes REAL SCIENCE in that the frog is being held in place by magnetic fields, rather than just standard brickwork. Don't believe me? Check out the YouTube video of the MOC in action!

Time and Space

How can one even think of time travel without Doctor Who? Walking that fine line between brilliance and madness, the 10th Doctor goes where and whenever his TARDIS takes him. I crafted the TARDIS console, which isn't easy with a 50 piece limit. I had to practically rebuild it twice to keep within the guidelines. And it is exactly 50 pieces, including the Doctor.
