The first two panels were meant to be a two-shot of Grinchley and the sarcophagus – but I couldn’t get the eyeline right. So I opted to crop in close on Grinchley and call it “good enough.” In the end I think it helped the reveal of the chainsaw.
Slight touch of photoshop in panel three where I added a motion blur to the sawblade.
Jerk.

Anyway, grey legs…? (looks back at voting page) Dammit. Doyle, that was sooo sneaky to not show us their leg colours…
…somehow I still think it’s stale.
Haha! Yes, that was my reaction too — quickly go back to the voting page, realize that it doesn’t show legs.
(Well, that’s not entirely true. There’s the very tiniest top of the legs on “black” shown, and they’re gray like this, but that entirely fails to rule out any of the others.)
If you look REALLY closly on Panel Four You can JUST see the Torso of Donut!
Actually, that’s just the top part of the legs.

My guess is that Friday’s strip is just going to be shot of Grinchley’s reaction with the full reveal not being made until Monday. At least that’s what my experience reading this comic tells me it’ll be. 😛
Those are actually mummy pants. Grinchley may still have to unwrap 3rd-Donut before we get to see his new face.
