It’s from one of the Agents sets from a year or two back. I think it’s a sticker, actually.
Not really a spoiler, as upcoming dialog does clarify this, but the Brick House just teleported to across the street from BC HQ prior to the raid. So getting back so quickly isn’t much of a mystery at all.
