Today they start breaking things.

Turn Nine

Turn Nine Begins

Player O’s mini-set of a mini-plane has set her eyes alight. “Heh heh heh. Oh, I have plans for you.”

Bomber Jet

“These extra dots? They’re bombs.”

Level Three: Toys

Meanwhile, Frosty moves up to Level 3 of the Grand Emporium. This level has a scooter, two balls, and a dollhouse on display.

CraneCat gets the loot

With Tommy still standing vigil outside, the CraneCat takes a red gem from the display case.

We've got the beat

And the Drummer Girl and Poochie move up.

This looks familiar!

Player B, meanwhile, is having flashbacks to the last Advent Wars.

LEGO Gems = CHAOS EMERALDS

Her daily set features a number of LEGO Gems…

Player B:  “CHAOS EMERALDS! Six of them!”
Player O: “Oh, NO WAY.”
Ref: “Remember, it takes a hero to activate that sort of thing. And her hero is all the way over there…”
Player B: “My plan is ruined! The frog won’t hold the emeralds! Can I tape them to hm?”
Ref: “Not unless you find some scotch tape in the Emporium.”
Player B: “Maybe I can make him a suicide bomber…”

Ker-Smash!

Player B: “I want Blackie to break the window. Heroically.”

A roll of four and the window is smashed to pieces!

Fight!

Blackie uses his normal action (and second hammer) to attack CraneCat!

A roll of three – the Cat dodges the blow!

MaceMan also attacks the cat!

Another three! The cat sticks out it’s little pink tongue in defiance!

Who will clean up this mess?

Finally, the queen moves towards the Emporium. Watch out for all that broken glass!

Our competitors are primed to start looting the Emporium. Maybe next turn! Maybe not!
